So stupid!!! Guests should be able to take the elevator downstairs alone!! Not that the apartment renter or owner has to put in his face!!! What if there’s a fire??? So STUPID!
Rented a 53 sqm unit on the 23rd floor. After the March 2025 earthquake, the apartment sustained damage that affected its habitability. The deposit return was refused, with a dispute over the lease termination terms — the contract lacked explicit provisions for natural disasters. Matter is now in court. Note: This is an issue with the individual landlord, not building management. If renting here, document everything thoroughly at move-in and move-out, and specifically verify how the lease addresses force majeure/natural disaster scenarios before signing. I lived here for a year, and after the earthquake the building is no longer a safe place to live. I never received my 70,000 THB deposit back. The agent from Ananda pretends nothing happened and refuses to resolve the issue. The case has now been taken to court. Most of the reviews you see here are fake. Since the earthquake, new artificial reviews appear almost every day to hide the real problems. The quality of the windows is very poor — you can constantly hear noise from the highway. Many units are undergoing renovations, so expect continuous construction noise as well. Looking for a place…

☠️Very disappointing experience ⚠️ Room 818/716 (24th floor) — please be careful if you plan to rent or make a contract for this unit. When an earthquake occurred, our room was severely affected. It’s located near the lift, and we could clearly see large cracks outside the wall. There’s still visible misalignment near the lift area, which raises serious safety concerns. In addition, the agent responsible for our unit was completely unprofessional — never communicated with us properly and offered no support. The owner unfairly kept 80% of our deposit for minor damages, which feels like a scam.…
We are extremely disappointed with the prolonged delay in the insurance claim process for the April earthquake at the Anada Group Ideo Project. Despite repeated follow-ups, there has been no clear or transparent announcement regarding the claim status, which has significantly affected residents’ ability to carry out necessary repairs. We urge the management and the insurance company to take immediate action and resolve this matter without further delay. This matter requires urgent action and resolution without further delay.
Great place to rent and live in. Super close to Central Rama9 mall, MRT Rama9 station, Jodds Fairs, RCA, etc. The common areas are super nice, plentiful, and with great views. The loft units are very good and have amazing views of the downtown area.
I love the location and its common area so much. Living here is super convenient. The underground train station is just across the road. The common area is WOW WOW WOW plus the huge pool & gym with magnificent view at the 36th floor. This condo is a modern style you can be relaxed in every corner. I live in a loft unit on 30th floor, the view you can't complain, I can enjoy day and night of the whole Bangkok from this condo.
