Kaizen AMS is the worst facility maintenance company. Despite not doing their job properly, they are making up nonsense payments. Had to sell my apartment and leave the area. Really, avoid having any relations with this company…
The worst place to live. The worst management. The worst facility management service by DUserve. Always bad smell of sewage comes from building in nights, very toxic smell! Never think about living here. No action from facility management despite of several complaints.
