The property is always clean and well maintained. I recently submitted a work order request because the kitchen floor was lifting, and Zac came to fix it. He was very kind, professional, and worked quickly and efficiently. The repair looks great and everything feels much better now. I really appreciate how fast the maintenance team responded.
I’m posting my experience with Alta Rise as someone who is currently searching for a new place to live and I know I would have appreciated an honest review of a potential future residency, as the amount of reviews posted only about maintenance crew and front desk staff is exhausting, considering that’s the least of my concern looking for a new home lol I visited Alta twice, and I was so close to signing a lease. Everything about the complex is amazing - being brand new the amenities were wonderful, complex seemed very clean, and the apartment itself was beautiful. Spacious and the layout was…
I’ve been living at Alta Rise Apartments for several months now and I couldn’t be happier. The community is beautiful, well-maintained, and the apartments themselves are super nice. A huge shoutout to Arlos – he has been absolutely incredible! Always super helpful, responsive, and genuinely goes out of his way to make sure we have the best quality stay possible. His attention to detail and positive attitude make a real difference. Also love how easily accessible the package room is – never any hassle picking up deliveries. Highly recommend Alta Rise to anyone looking for a great place to call…
I’ve been living here for about a year now, and my experience has been amazing from start to finish. The apartments and shared spaces are always well-maintained, and the community itself is peaceful and welcoming. It truly feels like home. What really stands out is the staff. Anthony in the front office is incredibly professional, friendly, and always willing to help with any questions or concerns. Arlos has been especially amazing he went out of his way to help me with a very heavy package and even brought it all the way up to my apartment, which was extremely kind and truly appreciated.…

From the moment I walked in, Alta Rise completely wowed me. The property is beyond perfect, spotless, and even smelt amazing. I was warmly welcomed by Arlos, Anthony, Sarah, and Bri, and it was the first time I’ve ever met an entire office team during a tour — such a great experience! A huge shoutout to the maintenance staff for keeping everything pristine. The luxury pool and cabanas are stunning, and the Speakeasy Room and Sky Deck are truly one of a kind. I also love that there are monthly resident events to bring everyone together. I left my tour feeling so impressed and can’t wait to…
The best experience ever Chaz, Anthony, Sarah and Bree were ALL extremely professional. Cordial. Knowledgeable tour was fabulous the units, amenities, location, all the bells and whistles us modern day working class need require plus more. Everything is brand new operable pet friendly which was important to me Communication on point. I appreciate that they pay attention to detail. Neighbors are friendly great location for my son to attend high school. I’ve been recommending and I formally recommend any and all to come see why the Alta community are a step above and beyond the rest I’m…
I currently live here. The place is clean and the amount for your space is amazing. The staff all of them are always willing to help. If I had to name one main thing I was looking for in a place was safety. The doors are like a hotel process and the security walks the grounds all the time. When I come home in the dark after a long working day, they are always looking for me to make sure I get in safe. One main thing was the promotion I got for two months free. It helped me get a head and stay that way. This is good for your financials. Again words can’t say thank you enough for being there…
Anthony gave me a very thorough tour of Alta Rise. He went above and beyond and also broke down the cost of everything to make it easier to understand what it would really be like becoming a resident! He also made me laugh a lot it was a fun experience. I was very impressed by the dog wash room, the gym had a ton of equipment and all the amenities. I do wish there was more grass areas. Definitely not a deal breaker. They have really nice washer and dryers. For the price it’s way better than anything nearby & brand new. The unit I’m looking at no one has live in before. I was way more…
