We have had the pleasure of living at Motion for the last three years. This building continues to exceed expectations thanks to the same team that has worked here the entire time we’ve lived here - Lisette, Natasha, Fermin, the concierges, the maintenance crew, and the housekeeping crew. My husband and I moved from Chicago last year and had the pleasure of working with Fremin. We left Chicago at 6 AM, scheduled a tour, and flew back the same night. We toured the Penthouse & fell in love - Fremin was incredibly kind, professional, and knowledgeable. Lisette, the property manager, is amazing. Our time at Motion has truly been enjoyable. Natasha & Lisette have been a pleasure to partner with throughout our time here and have really developed the culture and aesthetic of the building by ensuring we not only have a clean, well maintained space to live, but by also always having their doors open to communicate with residents. From maintenance issues to needing general questions answered and anything in between , they have always been more than willing to happily help. I have wholeheartedly enjoyed our living experience here.

I have been a resident here for over 3 years now and I can confidently say this is the best place I have ever lived. Having lived in 3-4 other apartment buildings in the area, this one stands out for a few reasons but most importantly: The management team has been the same the entire time I have lived here- a true rarity. They are incredible and responsive. And for those who have been renting long term- you know that management is what matters most. The floor in the lobby is uneven which is just the first of many internal issues with the building. The package room uses Luxer which does not work most of the time. Multiple of my FedEx packages have gone missing. One time I forgot my phone and had to pay 75 dollars to get back into my own apartment. The concierge make it feel like you are trying to verbally assault them when asking for help of any kind like a cart or key. The staff all together just seem to care little about the residences well being
As a current resident of Motion at Dadeland, I can say that living here has been a great experience overall. The building is in a beautiful location, the apartments are spacious and modern, and everything still feels quite new and well-maintained. Naturally, there’s always something that could be improved, but what really stands out is that the management actually listens and is open to making changes when needed. Really pleased with how the building maintenance team handled my AC issues. Highly recommended. Had my apartment’s AC unit break down during a particularly hot week, and the maintenance team was a life saver. They responded quickly to my services request. The technician, Raidel Sotto, was professional, knowledgeable, and explained what was wrong with the unit. The fix was completed efficiently without any mess or disruption to my daily routine. Would definitely recommend this building to others looking for a place with reliable property management.
