Update this issue as not been resolved, don’t be fooled will attach most recent pictures ….If you are considering renting here, I would think twice. The rent is high for very poor management. The building has changed drastically since it reached full occupancy. I am a current tenant and now actively looking to move out. Because they allow pets of all sizes, I’ve been dealing with an ongoing issue for over two months that still hasn’t been resolved. The tenant above me they leave their large dog on their balcony. As a result, the dog urinates onto my balcony, and garage, pee pads, shredded…
Safety or security person is never there in the reception area, few days ago one of my parcels came around 8:30 in the morning, but there was nobody present who could direct the delivery person to the mail room, even the entrance door to reception was locked from both sides. I Had to go downstairs and receive the parcel on my own, the delivery person had some other parcels too, so then I had to give him the access to the parcel room. Seriously very bad management!
Scam ❗️scam ❗️scam ❗️. Don’t trust property management agent they all are doing scam they gonna ask for money upfront with the application form along with all your personal documents like passport pr card and bank draft etc.. once you submit the documents they are so lazy to even pick up your phone not only this at the end they would say unit is already rent out to someone else if you want we can find another one for you .. and the actual reason is money which they ask upfront before the application approval and money is non refundable ..so don’t go with there words “they are liar” . The complex at 40 Lagerfeld Dr, Brampton is nice and well-maintained, but there are a few issues that need improvement: -> No proper security in the building. -> Existing tenants are charged higher rents, while new tenants get discounted offers, which feels unfair. ->No strict action against people smoking or using weed inside, which affects the living environment. If these concerns are addressed, it would be a much better place to live.

SCAM! -Forget about renting, dont even book a tour here. They are running parking ticket scam. They have a minimal fees of 1.49$ for half hour parking just to give you a 100$ ticket each time you visit giving the reason that failure to display receipt. There is no machine to pay the fees and print the receipt.There is a QR code pasted on top of gate which you will easily miss if you are visiting for the first time. Lack of security and no one responds posts office hours since there is no reception guard. Rents are getting decreasing in market and management is increasing rent. Further offering discount to new tenants rather than old tenants. Parking charges are apart from rent charges. Management takes several days to resolve any Maintaince issues.
Raises the rent for longstanding tenants despite rent lowering across the GTA, however they are offering rent breaks equal to the increase on current tenants to perspective tenants. When brought to their attention they shrug their shoulders, and ignore you. Heat goes out in the middle of winter with unit temps dropping to 14 degrees, goes unfixed for days, managements offer space heaters in the meantime that only skyrocket your bills. No reimbursement. AC goes out during a heatwave with management no where to be found, and no communication on a resolve with unit temps hitting 28-31.…
Modern, great front desk team as well as the superintendent is very helpful. Missing a few stars because of the fire alarm issues and parking issue out front. (After 5-6PM cars blocks the lobby entrance with no one making them move cannot leave or enter the parking garage properly without honking or having to tell people to move their car to pass by which has been very dangerous with the recent snowfalls. Hope this gets addressed)
