Reviews

I have bought several times from Optical H and never been disapointed. Quality and service are even better than sunglasses shops!

Very misleading and unprofessional seller. OpticalH shows an extremely low price on Google just to lure customers in. The moment you click, the actual price suddenly jumps to something much higher—often more expensive than other sellers. On top of that, they charge shipping, and you’re stuck paying customs duty yourself, which is never made clear upfront. The whole pricing strategy feels deceptive and dishonest. It’s a one-man operation, and instead of running a proper business, the owner tries to bargain and negotiate prices in a very cheap, unprofessional way. Honestly, I don’t feel…

What was paid was friendly delivered with a personal note. I could only suggest this seller and thank you for your excellent service.

Very happy with the sunnies and the delivery. I was googling for the cheapest price for the Dolce and Gabbana sunglasses and I found it. Despite the Christmas/ NYE delays, Australia Post delivered.

Had a very good experience with the overall purchase process. Prices were competitive and delivery was fast.

OpitcalH had the best price for the frames I wanted. They were also excellent in communication and customer service throughout the whole transaction up to the delivery day.

Only good thing about this purchase is fast delivery. Since you have to pay custom fees you can purchase cheaper using a discount US store. My frames have a scratch on top left temple with the paint scraped off. Will try to cover with nail polish. I would not use this company again.

I purchased Silhouette sunglasses online as OpticaIH had the best price compared to all other EU sellers, even with shipping. Communication was super nice and very professional, delivery time was ok taken that I'm in Latvia. Overall very happy with experience and with my new sunglasses. Thanks a lot :)
