We tried Kelly Payroll on the recomendation of our Kelly Benefits rep. While they were cheaper than Paychex by a grand or two a year it is clear that you get what you pay for. Here are some of the instances from our year or so stint with them: - Error in understanding a message causing our payroll to process and money pulled from the account a day early. - Having to be passed back and forth 5 times between the benefit side and the payroll side to get a deduction taken off for one employee - When I let management know about errors in pay and being passed back and forth with my rep he then…

Great team of payroll professionals that really care about their clients! There will always be bumps in the road with technology but their primary focus is on the people - which has more value than any technology.

My husband and I got to pay over $2,000 out of our pockets on taxes this year because the people at Kelly didn't take all the necessary taxes out of his paychecks in 2023. When our tax guy called to talk with them about the issue, nobody would admit fault. 1 star is really generous!

Ask for Jim Brown. He goes above and beyond and the change over was 0 hassle. No issues with payroll (I own an Irish pub with 22 employees). Lotta experienced employees came over from Payce Deluxe and it's very efficient . ☘️☘️

So far everyone who has helped me at Kelley has been excellent! Special marks to Osman Choudhary for helping me several times with adjustments to timesheets. He not only helps me correct things that only Kelley has access to on the back end but shows me how to correct things myself in he future if that is a possibility. Thanks to several Payroll reps for helping process payroll- especially Debra Dernetz for helping me out a lot when I started and had minimal overlap/training. So much better than my last payroll company whose name I will not mention!

+1 on the 'less than 1 star' - they provided incorrect information, after I waited over 6 weeks for their response. I would not trust them with $1, let alone my payroll.

Our company uses them for payroll. We switched to them because Paychex wasn't good at record keeping or handling issues. This company has basically left us with the same problems. They continually make errors or fall thru on something they promised.
