The shop is nicely decorated and has a pleasant atmosphere. It also seems very reputable and professional, especially compared to other shops of this kind. The owners are very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the prices are quite high. The kratom costs twice the average price you find online. Furthermore, the selection is very limited. Normally, various strains are offered, but here they only differentiate between red, white, and green. The specific strain (maengda, Bali, etc.) isn't specified. The employee don't speak German and make fun of English speaking customers on a voicemail to a friend after they left. Haughty, self-absorbed and asking questions was obviously bothering. I don't recommend this shop and I don't understand the good reviews.

This place is amazing! They have such cool products, that have beautiful branding and the quality is great. Hugo was there when we passed by and he was so kind and answering all our questions :) I’ll definitely come back

I had an enormously pleasant experience visiting amama, everything is great about it, the vibe, the staff, the produce. I got a couple of the HHC pre-rolls and and some other bits and they were fantastic. The service was excellent and very informative. Every time you see people hanging out at the shop it just looks like the kind of place you want to be. I highly recommend you try it out!
