I don't write reviews often, but Veneto Las Olas deserves every word of this one. I've lived in the Fort Lauderdale area for years, and Las Olas is simply unlike anywhere else in South Florida. Six years in South Florida renting a luxury condo and a luxury apartment before moving to the Veneto. I have never experienced the support, responsiveness and friendliness here at the Veneto. In particular Maniah stands out. Maniah is professional, friendly and extremely helpful. She is awesome - from the time we met her and decided to move to Veneto to 6 months later. It makes a difference to those that live here. She’s a great asset to the Bozzuto.
had a great tour at Veneto Las Olas in Fort Lauderdale! The property is absolutely beautiful, with modern finishes and a clean, upscale feel throughout. The amenities really stood out — especially the pool area and fitness center. The staff was welcoming, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions without rushing me. They made the entire experience feel comfortable and personalized. Overall, it was a fantastic tour, and Veneto definitely left a strong impression!
I visited Venteo recently expecting a professional, well-organized showing and prompt follow-up. Instead I experienced repeated failures in basic customer service and communications that left me frustrated and disappointed. During the visit staff assured me they would follow up by email with the promised information and next steps. That email never arrived. I waited a reasonable amount of time, then proactively reached out to request the promised follow-up. We absolutely love living at Veneto. It truly feels like a high-end resort — especially when you’re by the pool or relaxing in the sauna with the sound of the waterfall flowing. The outdoor furniture is incredibly high quality….very very nice. The little details they didn’t need to do, Veneto went above and beyond. Please accept this review as a non-bias, honest perspective as both a resident (which I am) of the Veneto, as well as an investor in multifamily apartments. First order topics; safety and cleanliness. The Veneto is a safe property, there are staff available 24/7 and they are visually present, continually monitoring various security cameras and overall, helpful. Non-residents are not able to navigate the property easily as accessibility (doors, amenities and elevator floors) is digitally governed and limited. We love living at Veneto. Ever since Bozzuto took over management, things have improved so much! They fixed a lot of the issues from the previous management and things are running smooth. Amenities are clean, maintenance guys are friendly and get things done quickly! They program a lot of residents events too. Big shoutout to Natalya the concierge. She’s amazing. I had the pleasure of touring Veneto Las Olas with Maniah yesterday, and I have to say—it was an exceptional experience. The property itself is absolutely beautiful and truly gives off the vibe of a 5-star resort. What made the tour even better was Maniah’s professionalism and warm energy.
