  • Convenient, accessible, clean, and at a great rate.
  • I put my hazards on and exited my car for about 2 minutes and I come back to an irremovable sticker placed on my car by security that was lurking near by. They are waiting there for delivery drivers to boot their cars. They have boots there waiting and will not hesitate to damage your car with these tactics. I will never deliver food to these offices again. No benevolence.
  • Terrible parking place. I watched as one delivery driver parked in their delivery zone area, and the parking attendant came out and booted his vehicle and put one of those green tags on his driver side window. For example, if you're doing deliveries and you have a spot marked for deliveries, why are you booting and tagging a delivery vehicle? You could have easily come out of that office and told him to move but you waited for him to walk out of viewing distance to make your move. Shady practices honestly says a lot about the people who work there.
  • Kino, kinto, kilo what ever his name was was really disrespectful and unprofessional when the drive in towers shutdown they reset and would not accept my ticket and he had the audacity to have a attitude like it was my problem. He definitely needs another job.

  • Clean well kept garage. EV chargers are pretty good if you can find a spot. Parking is expensive if you have to pay for it but it’s in downtown Tempe so to be expected.
  • It's a nice garage (Well built, clean). BUT if you're here for an event (We came tonight for Tempe Town Lake Lighted Boat Parade) it will take you OVER AN HOUR to get out. I've not been able to even pull out of my parking spot for 40 minutes. Glad I have a full tank of gas; Gonna need it. Is the choke point at Rio Salado? Maybe they should get a traffic cop to get things going. I'm thinking 90 minutes or 2 hours actually. Waiting to get out. Not exaggerating. I will never park here again.
  • If it’s busy, expect to wait an hour or more to on get out of this garage. Someone who didn’t even work here was actually helping people check out to speed things up. We racked up an extra $3 in parking fees waiting - even though I jumped out to pay bill with only 15 cars ahead of us (about 45 min wait).
  • I'm not sure why the other people below me gave this a 1 star. The parking garage really isn't that bad and it's close to the Tempe Lake and A Mountain. It's nice and shaded, but if you do come in during a weekday, you can expect the garage will be full and at 5 pm, yes, there can be a line of cars parading down to their exit. Then, sometimes, you have that one guy who doesn't have a monthly pass try exit out of the monthly pass exit which can sometimes cause a jam... Parking is $6 an hour if you don't have a monthly pass.... and I'd still go with the Mission Palms lot about 5 minutes from…
