Many dine-in Restaurants but the most is still under preparation. Many beaches, some private and some public with tickets. This place is best visited after Asr prayer till night as more activities will be open at that time.
A beachfront square and a very good place to go shopping, take a drink or hang out and perfectly suited for families. The area is open and no fees for entering, except a ticket for parking 100 LE. There is access to the beach with a ticket as well. There are shopping stores and cafes every where. Wide walking paths to walk on, and the sea breeze is just wonderful. Events take place in North square and there are plenty of stores to open in the coming months or year ahead.
Awesome mall, convenient location, however, the staff is a little bit unprofessional and untrained, you will casually find random parking prices.
The mall has a really different vibe — it’s open-air and gives off a fun, summery feel. It’s a nice spot for shopping, but the variety of stores is a bit limited, and most of the brands are on the pricey side.

The development is nice, with an open-air viewing of the sea, accessible parking, and great services. However, more stores and a quality restaurant need to open.

Nice mall, beachfront the view is beautiful and the mall is clean and spacious. Good location. I ate in Andrea, their food is delicious and reasonable prices. However to me the mall was too quiet which I personally don't prefer.
Great place atmosphere for gathering with friends or walking by the sea overlooking the towers . Classy cafe around by the sea with great view. Prices are extremely high.
