I toured several apartments in the area late last December and Bread Building stood out—mostly because of the people. My leasing agent, Tanya, was professional, genuinely kind, knowledgeable, answered all my questions and went out of her way to share great local food recommendations. I recently toured an apartment at the Bread Building with leasing agent Tanya and had a great experience. She explained everything clearly, showed me all available options, and was very helpful throughout the tour. The building itself is brand new, with beautiful amenities and very bright, modern apartments. You can really feel the quality and attention to detail. Definitely worth checking out if you’re looking in the area!

I absolutely love living in this building. The amenities are amazing and very well thought out — everything feels modern, clean, and high quality. The management team is outstanding and truly cares about residents. Special thanks to Tanya — she is an absolute gem. She is incredibly kind, responsive, and always willing to help. I’m new to the area and I’ve been touring a bunch of buildings trying to figure out where I’ll actually feel comfortable living — and the Bread Building is the first one that felt like it had real momentum. From the moment I walked in, the place had energy. The lobby felt polished, the flow of the building made sense, and the staff didn’t give off that “we’re-too-busy-to-help” attitude that some buildings have. Just toured The Breadbuilding and I walked away really impressed. The concierge staff made a strong first impression—super courteous, helpful, and professional. Management was also excellent: knowledgeable, approachable, and willing to answer questions while showing me a variety of options as well as providing a great coffee and a snack! The property feels clean, secure, and well run, and the overall atmosphere is modern and comfortable. If you’re looking in the Hollywood area, stop by for some bread!
Helped my buddy move into the Bread Building on the 16th floor and I was honestly impressed. The building is still being finished, which actually feels like a good thing because it seems like it’s only going to get even better as everything wraps up. The gym is seriously better than the one I pay for — Matrix equipment and a really solid setup. Parking was smooth and easy too, no issues at all. I found Bread Building on Monday, December 15th. That day I saw around 10 brand new buildings and I realized that Bread Building is VIP Building for VIP people. Trent Wilson - the manager of lease office personally showed me all amenities - amazing gym, big size pool, barbeque area, yoga room and business rooms, that are FREE and always available. Bread Building has offering FREE Coffe from 7 am to 11am and every residen of the Brea Building love it.
