My experience with Austin from Buffalo Bayou was exceptional. I toured many other Hanover apartments throughout Houston and everyone at all the properties were pleasant and did their job, but Austin went above and beyond. I felt immediately at ease with him and he made the process, which can be stressful and daunting, very seamless and manageable. We were so impressed with his knowledge of anything and everything related to Hanover properties and especially the Buffalo Bayou property. I really believe I would not be able to handle this rental process if it wasn’t for him!
Living at Hanover Buffalo Bayou has honestly been such a great experience from day one :) It all started with the leasing office. Huge shoutout to Nhu Bui for making the entire process smooth, stress-free, and genuinely enjoyable. Moving can be overwhelming, but Nhu made everything feel easy and welcoming. You can tell she truly cares about residents and takes pride in what she does. We recently rented out the 10th floor for my sister’s baby shower, and it was a major hit! Best apartment building in Houston! Austin was fantastic—he worked overtime to get me into a new apartment on short notice. He and the leasing staff went above and beyond, even working after hours and coming in on their days off to help me move in. Thank you so much, Austin!
Nhu was amazing—so patient, so helpful, and truly a pleasure to work with! The property itself is absolutely beautiful. It was so stunning that I hosted my baby shower there and hardly needed any decorations at all. Highly recommend!

I toured Hanover Buffalo Bayou today and had an exceptional experience thanks to Kendall Keck. She was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely attentive throughout the entire tour. Kendall answered every question clearly, highlighted the features that mattered most to me, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The property itself is beautiful, but Kendall’s hospitality and expertise made the visit stand out even more. Highly recommend touring with her, truly a five-star experience.
I’ve had a really positive experience at Hanover Buffalo Bayou. The property is modern, clean, and well-managed. The staff is friendly and welcoming—from the concierge to the leasing team, everyone has been great. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and the community amenities are excellent. The location is also incredibly convenient with plenty to do nearby. Very happy to be here!
Ok, this building rocks! The Staff is amazing! Talk about customer care! You need something?, within minutes anything you need, they've got it. The building is brand new, everything is shiney & new, and even while under construction, the building is safe and spotless clean. Location, location, location! Best in Houston! I'm on 17 with a Northeast view, it's Spectacular! Find your Pot-of- Gold at the Hanover Buffalo Bayou!
From start to finish, the tour at Hanover Buffalo Bayou felt like a preview of what living here would actually be like. I walked into a warm, inviting lobby, and immediately noticed the attention to detail everywhere. Austin took time to explain each part of the building, the views, the design, the amenities. The energy of the space and the professionalism of this staff made it feel like more than just an apartment building. It felt like a lifestyle worth being part of.
