The parking lot kiosk said had a lot of issues. We entered the parking lot and the kiosk said there was free parking for an hour. It wouldn’t let us print a ticket at first. The worst part was getting out of the parking lot. We scanned the ticket, and it said the ticket was invalid. This was maybe 40 minutes after we had parked. We pressed the help button and they gave us conflicting information about the cost of the parking and told us to go to another exit. We went to two exits to try to get out, and eventually we ended up having to ask to be let out. It was honestly a scary experience.
