Excellent new business offices center. Well mange’s and maintained.
Great integrated office tower development. Spend HK$ 200 in any of the food outlets for free parking 🅿️ - but you may get lost in the interconnected parking lot. 😅
This is not a great place inside there's only a chines restaurant and one or two little coffee stands. For more options in restaurants you need to step outside the property. Around the area there are many options.

It has become more and more aesthetically developed through the years. Been witnessing its development since 2008 when Warwick House was still there as a factory building.
I must say the staff there are absolutely helpful, like even before you approach them,they would sense you look lost and need help. Despite having diverse restaurants and cafes, I have yet to try any since I merely walk through this building to get to the quarry bay side. Of course you can go around the building to reach quarry bay but I'm not someone who enjoys inhaling exhaust fumes.

Beautifully designed office building with nice art sculptures and places to grab a sandwich or coffee like Pret a Manger and Simply Life cafe. Surrounding area is surrounded by some authentic old school places selling street food. I posted some pix of the nearby surrounding streets.
