the best and clean pool
I have just bought in Tower C The community is perfect No noise at all maybe walls are thick enough or good neighbours. I just discovered future metro will be walking distance.
What I like about this community particularly is the fact that no other towers gonna rise up in the area. The entire Sheikh Hamdan bin Zayed road has villa communities (at least on the same side), so the traffic jam won’t be as much compared to communities like JVC. Not to mention the facilities on site including gym, pool, kids play area, waking track, and shops

Rukan Community is truly a hidden gem in Dubai. The area is quiet, well-maintained, and ideal for families or anyone looking for a calm and comfortable lifestyle. The greenery, walking tracks, and overall layout give a resort-like feeling. Security and cleanliness are well taken care of, and the architecture has a modern yet warm charm. Highly recommended for those seeking quality living at a reasonable price.
