this is my first time leaving a review because it’s really not my thing but i’d want to know what i’m walking into as well. i showed up yesterday, 02/21/2026, for my apartment tour at 1:30 pm as scheduled. after being buzzed in i walk into the leasing office and the leasing consultant has another person in the chair (clearly for a tour). i barely step foot into the leasing office before she asks me to wait outside. there were other chairs in the office so I'm not exactly sure as to why i had to wait in the hallway but i didn’t make a fuss because i understand sometimes tours can go a bit…
Recently helped my sister move into The Collective, and I couldn’t be more jealous. I absolutely love the atmosphere and overall setup. I can’t wait to stay over so we can explore all the amazing food and activities nearby. Most of all, I’m so impressed with the staff and how well they’ve treated her—especially Joaquila and Monique. After her previous living situation, this has been such a refreshing and positive change. Highly recommend.
Been at the collective for 3 years now. 2023-2024 It was rough start with the countless hours of fire alarms going off through out the evening and night. It seems to have resolved since then. 2025-present the new management has been excellent and professional. Base rent prices are well reasonable. Maintenance has been 10/10 since living here. Appliances are amazing and work great. If I ever had an issue it was resolved within 24-48 hours. I love that management has monthly social events, it is nice seeing the community come together. Definitely would love to see dog bins cleaned out more…
Stopped by to see the apartments and was really impressed. The units look modern and well kept, and the grounds are tidy and nicely laid out. The staff was friendly and happy to answer all my questions. It’s clear a lot of care goes into maintaining the property, and the overall feel is really positive. I’d definitely consider living here and will be in touch soon about availability.

Just came by to look at apartments and instantly fell in love with this place. The whole community has such a warm, friendly vibe, and the property managers were so welcoming and knowledgeable. Everything is clean, the common areas are really nice, and it feels like a place where people actually care about and look out for each other. I left already planning to apply — I just love everything about this location and the people who run it.
I absolutely love living here! The apartment is clean, quiet, and the staff treats everyone like family. The community feel is amazing — neighbors are friendly, and there are always little events or things going on. I’ve never had an issue the management team didn’t handle quickly and kindly. This place truly feels like home, and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a warm, welcoming place to live.
I’ve had a great experience with the Collective NoDa apartment building so far. The community offers really good leasing deals along with a wide variety of amenities that make it a great place to live. The apartments and common areas are well maintained and feel modern and welcoming. Samantha was especially helpful during my tour, taking the time to answer all of my questions clearly and honestly. I recently had the chance to visit my friend who lives at The Collective NoDa, and I was genuinely impressed by the community’s vibe. The coworking lounge was a standout—spacious, well-lit, and equipped with reliable Wi-Fi, making it an ideal spot for remote work. The overall layout of the complex is modern and inviting.
