I’ve lived here for 4 years and honestly love it. The staff is amazing - they’re always friendly and professional, which makes me feel that they truly care about the residents! Management is also very responsive and helpful all the time, which makes a huge difference. The neighbors are great, and the place really feels like home. The amenities are awesome and always clean and well taken care of. Out of all the apartments I’ve lived in in the city, this one is by far my favorite. I cannot recommend it enough!
I'm about to move out after 4.5 years at the Forge, and can't say enough good things. The staff is what puts this building head and shoulders above others like it. They are so professional, kind, helpful, and friendly, making this a truly great place to live.
The place we called home in the past 5 years. We loved everything about our experience here. We made so many friends, enjoyed the amenities and left with a bunch of incredible memories. Thank you to the amazing team behind: Ali, Andy, Ben, Robert and everyone else for everything you’ve done for us. Myself, my wife and our cat Toulouse will miss The Forge!
We absolutely loved living here! From day one, the staff has been nothing short of amazing — the doormen are friendly and professional, and the management and leasing teams are always on top of everything. You can really tell they care about the residents and take pride in keeping the building running smoothly. I lived at The Forge for 5 years and absolutely loved it. The staff: Ben, Andy, Robert, Ali, and everyone else, are incredible. They’re always friendly, prompt, and accommodating, and truly make the building feel like home. Thank you so much for everything you’ve done for us! The amenities are top notch. I recently moved out of The Forge and I cannot recommend it enough. The apartment was always clean, with elegant decor and top-notch maintenance. The soundproofing between units is also solid as I never heard my neighbors. Additionally, The Forge is conveniently located close to three different subway stations. Jackson Ave is full of food options and to top it off, a Target just opened nearby. One of the highlights of living here was the sense of community. I had the pleasure of being one of the first tenants in this wonderful community! The building staff is topnotch, so helpful and professional! The resident lounges are beautifully-decorated and kept perfectly clean. There are great events, including outdoor movies at the pool, wine-tastings, and holiday get-togethers. The sweeping views of Manhattan and the river are simply stunning from the roof-top deck. I hope my review helps someone decide to make this building home!
