I’ve had such a great experience with The Grand Apartments so far. Briana, the Property Director, is incredibly attentive and truly goes above and beyond for both residents and prospects. You can tell she genuinely cares and takes the time to make sure everyone feels heard and supported. The office team is always welcoming, kind, and professional. Their door is always open, and they handle everyone with patience and respect something that isn’t always easy in a busy leasing office. It’s very clear how hard they work. My husband and I are moving from out of state to WPB for work and have been actively searching for the right apartment. We have left numerous voicemails trying to get ahold of the leasing office. We have sent emails, and multiple website submissions to inquire more information on availability. No one has responded for over a MONTH!!! It’s quite embarrassing that an apartment complex like this has zero communication. Do better on responding back to potential tenants, it’s not a good look.
I recently moved here from a different apartment in West Palm, where I was paying way more in rent and constantly dealing with poor management and lack of communication. I recently had the pleasure of working with the leasing team, and I must say their customer service is commendable. Even though they are a smaller team and can sometimes be busy, they always handle inquiries with professionalism and care. Every time I reached out, the staff was polite, attentive, and willing to help me with my questions about the property, amenities, and leasing process. While there can occasionally be a short wait due to their limited staff, they make up for it with their friendly demeanor and genuine efforts to assist each resident. I moved into the Grand last year and renewed my lease this year. The maintenance is outstanding and always helpful. The reception and leasing office staff always have a smile on and are ready to assist. The dynamic is truly a family here. Of course, I have to mention my girl Briana who is a hero and helped me secure my lease renewal without headaches! She is always a ball of happiness!
I love living at The Grand the location is the best staff are good. My only complaint is the mold. I got mold in my apartment twice it’s all over my dressers, clothes shoes everything. I’ve been washing clothes for a week now. I keep the AC at 72 or 73, it’s sucks. I am very clean and a bit OCD. They are sending a specialist for cleaning of the mold. Quite a few of my neighbors gone through the same issues. I hope they can remedy the problem. I will have to buy a dehumidifier to be sure this hopefully doesn’t happen again.
I absolutely love The Grand at West Palm Beach Apartments! From the moment I toured the property, I felt welcomed and taken care of. The community is beautiful, clean, and well-maintained — you can really tell they take pride in keeping everything in great shape. I normally never leave reviews however I need to address how professional the Property Manager Briana is - She is attentive to all her residents and makes everyone feel at home. I will be leasing here at the Grand due to her professionalism & including her amazing front office staff Erick and Maya as well. Amazing 10/10 across the board.
