I am very disappointed with the behavior of the security staff. Their attitude was unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful. Instead of being helpful, they spoke in a harsh manner, which is unacceptable in a public place. Management should provide proper training and hire educated staff with good communication skills to ensure a safe and respectful environment for visitors.
Amazing place to live in. Al barsha city center is nearby, super views from the unit, staff is welcoming and attentive. I recommend this place.
Building maintenance is nice & clean, but the windows sound insulation is very bad, i hear the sound of all the passing by cars and i have insomnia now
I’ve been a tenant in this building for two years, and below is a summary of my overall experience: Pros - It’s a Pet-friendly building & with a small community park right next to the building for short walks and outdoor time for pet owners. Kids also can go to a playground here. - Convenience within the building: Mini grocery store, pharmacy, laundry, and several food outlets are located downstairs, making daily errands so easy. - Generally well-maintained common areas: Cleaning staff do a good job keeping residential floors clean, even when some tenants do not follow proper waste disposal…

No maintenance of the common areas, the fire alarm every week, construction work on the rooftop at 7 a.m., a mattress left in the garbage room for a month. I find this residence very poorly managed, with no manager on site.!!!!!!
Best building in the area so far. Great maintenance team and very professional security staff. The building is well maintained and super clean. Even though there is construction around, they keep everything extremely clean every day.
Living here is the worst decision I’ve ever made. My upstairs neighbor got a permit to smash walls and tiles for an entire week, even on weekends, and the noise sent me to the clinic with headaches. The area is one giant construction site: 3 active building projects, streets full of dust and trucks, and a brand-new tower literally attached to ours! Maintenance is non-existent, the gym and facilities are broken, and the apartments are tiny with ridiculous layouts. Call or email “Deyaar” and you’ll just waste your time — their ready-made answer is: “They have permit.”
Deyaar did a good job with Bellarose Tower and accessible to many attractions like MOE, Burj al arab, Jumerah beach, Miracle Garden and 15mins from Dubai mall/ burj khalifa.
