Lovely space but terrible upkeep of facilities. Despite it being a fairly new building, the waiting time for the lifts here are increasingly long and there are constant break downs with little to no action taken to improve the situation.
Honestly, Level 2 is where I get most of my work done as an entrepreneur seeking refuge from home procrastination. The outdoor seating has its benefits, as some use it to rest and others rush urgent documents. The nearby food options are convenient, though I would like to see more variety and perhaps additional stalls. This place has strong potential to become a business-centric hub where colleagues and professionals can connect and collaborate.
I write to you as a daily pilgrim of Lobby G, where the lifts—majestic in appearance, tragic in performance—continue their valiant struggle against the basic concept of moving people. These noble machines, clearly not designed for the humble office crowd, operate at a pace best described as “glacial with artistic intention,” guided by an algorithm that seems less artificial intelligence and more abstract expressionism. Great place for casual meal at food court or sushiro. Else, parking is sparse during the weekend. For what it’s worth nursing rooms are locked on the 2nd and 3rd floor. 2nd floor nursing room was closed for maintenance and 3rd floor was locked without reason. Had to walk over to the nursing room at B1 JEM.

Perennial Business City as most Singaporeans would have recognised it, is a former Big Box Outlet Mall that has been reconfigured as an MICE convention centre for exhibitions, conventions and meetings along with a DHL Singapore outlet that monitors the cargo movements within this western region. There is ample space for relaxation and a nice view of Jurong Town Hall's neighbourhood.
It is huge but rather empty.it has Koufu food court. The building is connected to Jurong East MRT via JEM.
Perennial Business City, located in Jurong Lake District, is a visionary sustainable business park. With its strategic position and large flexible floor plates, it caters to businesses aiming for future growth. The first BCA Green Mark Platinum Super Low Energy Business Park outside the city centre. 🌿🏢 The business centre looks pretty spacious and also empty. There is a Koufu Foodcourt and Superland childcare centre. Will update again when more tenants are in this centre.
Nice and bright office complex. It was not operational when I came but Koufu on level 2 was already open albeit with just a few stalls. Level 2 is connected to the other hubs like Ng teng feng hospital and jem via J-walk.
