  • Toured this building several months ago, it’s very cozy and well maintained.
  • The RockRose leasing office was an absolute lifesaver for me, as I was scrambling for housing due to something else I had signed falling through. They responded very promptly in the late afternoon on Friday, sent me available units, and by 7pm on the same day, I had a lease signed and was set for move-in the following Monday. I really cannot express my gratitude enough for all their help, and they saved me a lot of stress from having to figure out what to do if I was between leases. Additionally, although I am grateful enough as is for simply having gotten this unit, I also feel very…
  • The leasing office and staff are truly lifesavers! Leasing office: My SO was in a last-minute predicament (tl;dr she needed to find an apartment to sign by the next business day), and so many people came together on a Friday afternoon to help us! I think we emailed them at 4pm and by 5:30pm the lease was signed. Much love to the leasing office who helped us in a stressful situation even though they didn't need to. Building: I love my unit! The staff are super friendly and helpful, the amenities nice and new, and the unit itself is top notch for a NYC apartment. Couldn't ask for more.
  • I’ve lived in LIC for over 10 years and I feel most at home at The Cove. There isn’t a doorman, which keeps rent reasonable. You still have privacy because everyone keeps to themselves and the porters and super are very friendly and helpful. Requests are usually done within a day. Packages are safe, never have lost one in over 3 years. Rooftops and gym/game rooms are great quality. Underused, in my opinion, but that’s okay. Westville just opened this year downstairs and goodness knows there is plenty of boba tea in the neighborhood if that’s your thing. Transportation options do NOT get…

  • Terrible developer. I moved out of the apt and the developer didn’t follow the state law to return security despot. Admin is unhelpful either. This is total scam please avoid renting with rockrose
  • I would highly recommend the cove to anyone looking for a cozy home at LIC. The management and the handymen are professional and caring. The recreation room at the roof is top-notch. I have not run into any issue when I lived here for a year.
  • It's a pity that they don't care how the damaged property affects your life living there. I moved in in January this year, but the glass of main window cracked just the second month. Yes, the kind of huge crack from top to bottom, which looks quite scary and unsafe. I reported this problem immediately but, see, it's already over half a year and they still had NOT fixed or replaced it. To be honest, I have never lived in an apartment building with so perfunctory an attitude and irresponsible property management. I did not pay the rent for you to just pay lip service for the tenants. If there…
  • Update: After 2 days, they fixed my door and it's good now, so I add one more star. I think overall the apartment let me feel comfortable and the location is pretty good. Gym and roof deck are nice and new btw. Handyman are friendly as well. Nice apartment but their virtual system is not working. I am a new resident and some of my package could not arrive before I move in. The Amazon driver told me that no one would open the door for them, though the resident manager told me that my package could arrive one day before I move in. I called the Rockrose and they told me to ask the driver to put…
