  • I love the Guilin rice noodles at this place the most. The crispy pork, pork intestine, and beef are all delicious! I’ve eaten here countless times. As someone from Guilin, it feels amazing to taste the flavors of home!
  • I love PangJi noodles so much. This place is a hidden gem in downtown Montreal and I think everyone should try it. Their handmade noodles are hands down the best noodles I’ve eaten in my life. Their broths are also out of this world! Their restaurant is super aesthetic and clean and last but not the least we always have amazing and friendly service from the lady that works there. 5/5
  • Tried Pangji Guilin Nouilles for a weekday lunch. They specialize in Guangxi food. The waitress was sweet and friendly. Make sure to try their hot sauce concoction. They ask for spice level; went with medium (which was closer to mild). - River snails homemade noodle ($17.99) - plenty of bean curd. Homemade wavy noodles were plain but decent bite. Broth was homey - Guilin rice noodle - beef ($15.99) - comes with the usual side soup. Beef slices were good but incredibly thin
  • They have laoyou noodles, a classic from Nanning, capital of the Guangxi region. Their food is different and tasty. Mango salad was sweet and tangy... The lady waitress is really friendly, as is the cook. Try it ;)

  • Really great restaurant! Staff was friendly and helped me figure out what I wanted to eat haha. I had the pork and noodles and it was delicious! Just spicy enough and super flavourful. A lot of food for a great price.
  • The food was very good, we both enjoyed our dishes and the handmade noodles had great texture. My only critiques would be, they could be a little more generous with the proteins/meats and to maybe clean to table soya bottles and hot sauces. The hostess/waitress was funny and charming.
  • The noodles were amazing! And the service was just the best! Very friendly and helpful staff. And loved our noodles and Chinese burgers! Beautiful store too.
  • If you visit Montreal, don't forget to come here for a bowl of the distinctive "Guilin Rice Noodles". The soup base, carefully prepared by the owner, is rich and delicious. The "Crispy Pork" and "Pan-Fried Beef" are simply amazing. A highly recommended great place! The boss is warm and sincere, giving you a feeling of being at home. very 😋🥰🥰
