Overall, a terrible experience. The apartment in Pearl House II has been handed over, and I had to report between 50 and 100 defects. Each time, the issues were not fully addressed. There are holes in my apartment, which has resulted in mouses infestation. This is completely unacceptable for a brand-new home, and to this day the problem has still not been resolved. The only measure taken was placing a glue trap, which we had to pay for ourselves. During the construction phase, I was charged a daily penalty for paying one day late.
