Really good food. Joanne was lovely serving us and the atmosphere was great
I’ve been living here for over three years now, and I can see myself staying for many more! I love the serenity of the gardens, where I hear the birds singing every day. My cats are just as happy. It truly is a pet-friendly community. I’ve read multiple comments saying the walls are a bit thin, which is true, but it’s never been an issue for me since my neighbors are calm. Thank you Olivara and to more years of living happily and peacefully to come!
It’s just a hell to live there due to noise, cockroach and many different 🐛 as well, they have hiding fee and incredible high bills for everything I could hear how my neighbours were spending nights together as well in front of construction plus they were coming at 3:30 or 5 am As well, it is not a community it’s like You live in an isolation
Managed building, different layouts, kind stuff. Visited just to see this new area.

This is one of the best buildings we have ever lived in. The facilities are so well kept, immaculate, and modern. We stayed in a studio and 1 bed in our 2 years in the buildings, and it was quiet, comfortable, and absolutely beautiful! The management team is incredible and amazing at making you feel like a very special part of a wonderful community. Security is responsive and wonderful people, too. We really enjoyed our time in these buildings and would highly recommend for singles, couples, families and fur friends :)

Been living here for almost a year! Love the atmosphere here. The garden is always well taken care of. The community is always neat and clean. Pet and kids friendly! The room has very well designed build-ins and good quality furniture. Just one little thing, we’ve been experiencing humidity problem in our apartment that makes mold on the wall. But the staffs were responsive of the problem. It took a bit of time for them to come check and fix them up. I would give this residence a 4.8 stars rating
I love living here, I moved in for 2 reasons, to be close to my favorite Innerfight gym and the simple and chic design, the apartments interior design is very well thought. Every place has it’s pros and cons. What I like here: - Cosy community - Friendly neighbors - My cat feels good to wander around - Cleanliness - The music around the building - The scented corridors - My garden view l - The breeze in my yard - The pingpong table - Accessibility to one of the best gym communities in Dubai - Close to Qudra Track, Sports City running track, and 10 min away from Rock Republic I moved here to a…
