We’ve truly enjoyed living here and have had a great experience with the building and management overall. The community feels welcoming, well-maintained, and thoughtfully run. Particularly the events organized by the Resident Life Coordinators have given us such a wonderful way to socialize and meet neighbors. It’s made the building feel like more like a community.
Living here has been such a welcoming experience. We chose this place because of how beautiful and well-maintained it is, and we definitely made the right decision. Our experience so far has been amazing, with no complaints at all. Today I felt more part of this community than ever. The community hosts gave my baby a very special gift, which meant so much to us! It’s such a nice feeling to know that people notice the important moments in your life and take the time to celebrate them. I had the sincere pleasure of speaking to and touring property with Lina! She was not only kind and sweet but super professional knowledgeable and highly intelligent! She knew this awesomely big property like the back of her hand . She is also an extremely compassionate and attentive person. She clearly hears your needs and wants. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a beautiful luxury apartment to tour Jefferson Railhead and be sure to request Lina you’ll never go wrong!! Thanks Lina for being so wonderful !
Moved in August 2025 and it’s been a great experience for me and the kids. We appreciate the quietness, access to the pool And amazing fitness center. We have also really enjoyed the Apartment Life program and the fun, family friendly, thoughtful events that they provide!! Highly recommend.

Liz Sanchez at Jefferson Railhead was absolutely amazing! From the moment I arrived, she greeted me with a warm smile and high energy that instantly made me feel welcome. She listened attentively, answered all of my questions with care, and truly went above and beyond. The Jefferson Railhead is a stunning luxury community—beautifully designed and incredibly inviting. I absolutely love my apartment! I am an apartment locator and I locate all day everyday. I'm constantly touring apartments for clients but dread when I have to do it for myself. They made my life so easy! The process, the tour, my move in, and beyond have been amazing. I haven't had many but any problem I have they fix. Smells and looks nice all day everyday! They really do take pride in this complex!
Updated** Unit 1207. I’m extremely disappointed with my experience living at this apartment complex. What I went through should never happen to any resident. My unit became completely uninhabitable due to a severe roach infestation and a horrible odor caused by what maintenance later suggested were dead animals inside the walls. They even cut large holes throughout my living room and my front yard trying to locate the source, leaving the walls open and exposing me to potential harmful bacteria from the carcass as well as insulation and debris from inside the walls. The smell was so unbearable…
Top tier staff with a kindness that’s rare these days. Made our move smooth and welcoming . We love it here already . And all the neighbors are the sweetest. Blessed by our decision to move to the Jefferson Railhead! Tiffany was hands down the most amazing and didn’t miss a thing when it came to my family’s needs . We absolutely adore her!
