This is the BEST place to live in the area. Affordable spacious apartments, reasonable pet policies, plenty of parking spaces, etc The management team is doing a good job.
Massive condominium with a supermarket, Starbucks and other services. Location is convenient, about 15 mins to district 1.
The house is quite spacious. There are shops at the lobby and plenty of eateries around the area. Area is quite convenient.
Poor parking arrangement for short visit customers. I was parking my car on one of the car parks on the side to pick up my morning coffee. However, the security asked me to leave the area, and the only option for me to park is going to the underground parking. Hope they will resolve this soon as I do enjoy pop in for a quick take-away coffee and food.
