I would give Satori Residences zero stars if Google allowed it. If you’re planning to live somewhere where basic accountability exists, maybe look somewhere else. Because at Satori Residences, even community cats disappear — and somehow the CCTV footage becomes “classified documents” you can only view after signing an NDA. Yes, an NDA. For CCTV. In a residential condo. About missing animals. Make it make sense. Imagine living in a place where instead of helping residents find answers, the management treats safety footage like it’s some top-secret government file. By the time they allowed…
As someone who deeply values animal welfare, it’s disheartening to see that pets may not be treated well there. I wanted to express some hesitation I’ve been feeling about proceeding with the purchase of the condo unit there at Satori. I do believe the PMO and the regular gardeners/housekeepers people are responsible of the lost cats.
The management of this Satori Residences is cruel! They disposed all the 13 community cats that were already SPAYED, NEUTERD AND VACCINATED! RELEASE THE COMMUNITY CATS YOU EVIL PEOPLE!!! Shame on you, Satori Residences. You’ve shown complete disregard for both animal welfare and the compassion of your own residents. You don’t deserve to call this place a “home.”
It breaks my heart to see how cruel the management is to animals. If they can harm innocent cats without a second thought, how can we trust them to care about the people who live here? Zero empathy at full potential. If I could leave negative stars, I absolutely would.

Nice place. Great view, great airflow between buildings. Nice amenities. But quality is downgraded due to very poor management and security. Traffic is also bad in the area. Might not be worth the price.
Incompetent PMO led by the most arrogant and crass Property Manager who listens only to the select few anti-community cat residents whom she nominated into position as the CDC. They are withholding CCTV evidence of the catnapping of 13 community cats who are still MISSING. Just pure evil.
If you are pet-friendly establishment. Please cooperate to review CCTV for the case of missing community cats inside of your property.
Newly RFO project of DMCI located in F. Pasco Ave Santolan Pasig City. This place is nice and elevated , you have to walk little bit far from the gate to reach the other bldgs but construction still on going.
