Worst car park ever. Do not ever come here if you can't leave by 11PM. Super dumb management call to shut the doors at 11PM when Coles shuts at 11PM. People need time to go back to their cars and unload their shopping trolley before they can exit. The car park doesn't open again until 6AM! Just give your customers 30 minutes to exit, pretty basic stuff instead of pissing off all your customers. I'm never coming back to shop here unless they fix this issue.
I just went on Saturday, they had unusual delays to get exit the carpark. I was late by exactly 2 mins. I ran the intercom to ask the assistant because there was a huge line leading to the exit. The man was very rude said “that’s not my problem, you have to pay now” there was a big line behind me too. He also abruptly hung up, you can hear in his tone the aggression. I paid in shock and was shaken the whole car ride home. Will never go back
They refuse to check cameras or entry/exit times when they're overcharging you because you came and left twice that day.

The exit gates are always so slow and inaccurate at reading the license plates, and sometime over charge saying you've been there for 30+ hours when you drove in 30 mins ago.. However there is always lots of parking spots available, I've never not been able to find parking.
A better under park space for your car if you are up for an evening walk or jog at Rhodes Waterfront. The parking space is plenty and always available and has free electric car charging spots on -2 Parking level. 3 hours free parking.
My recent parking experience at Marina Square left me pleasantly surprised by its convenience and seamless operation. The parking facility's user-friendly features and accessibility truly stood out, making my visit to the shopping center a stress-free and enjoyable one. The first thing that caught my attention was the clear signage guiding me to the parking area. The well-marked directions made finding the entrance effortless, which is especially valuable when visiting a bustling shopping center. Once inside, the spacious layout and well-marked parking bays made it easy to find a suitable…
