Great location with nearby street cars (king or dundas). The neighborhood is great and new. View towards the city is very nice. Condo management are also on top of things and appliances inside condo are top notch. Love this place!!
I’ve lived in 7 different high rises. The management of this building is so rude and incomparably competent that I have no idea how is keep their job! There is not one real positive point about their behaviour or planning! And when u see the reviews and talk to the people in the building you feel like a mega billionaire own the whole building and the quality of life for all residents is just a play ground for the spoiled daughter. I lived here for about 1 year, here's my experience. Pros: area is safe, never seen any sketchy folks around the area except one time but security handled it well. Building is new so has nice and clean amenities. Smart home allows you to unlock and lock home with phone and adjust thermostat remotely. Cons: very limited parking, management is often rude or does not respond at all. Besides that, management can enter your unit without your permission using master key, they say they will always notify you, but this seems odd to me. They also do monthly fire alarm testing that can last very long…

Condo is built terribly. Leaks happening within 6months of move in. HVAC regularly breaking down. Trash smell due to poor air circulation on every floor. Nightmare of such an expensive condo.
Oh, are you surprised by the negative comments? Well, it's true that management isn’t planning to address any of the issues residents are facing. For instance, the garage doors don’t work at all, and there's no clear timeline for fixing the camera that’s supposed to read license plates. Why do I even need to register my car if you can't fix such a simple problem? The visitor parking situation is something many have been fighting for… I just don’t get why some people can park there indefinitely. And there are many other problems that management simply ignores. The building is good but the management is incompetent, rude, with a biased attitude towards residents. It seems like they are just sitting around and waiting for the work day to end. They answer any questions like schoolchildren, we don’t know, we can’t help, and so on. They are always sitting on their phones no matter how I come to them. They say write us letters but no one answers for months. I got the impression that there is racism. There is not a single white person on the team, they only hire their own, the entire staff (security, management, concierge). I wouldn’t mind if there was a…
I completely agree with the negative reviews below because I have repeatedly contacted them and have not been heard! The management is unable to communicate, solve problems, or notify about breakdowns. This is the first time I have seen people in the wrong place. I love this place, but the management needs to be replaced. I suggest submitting an application to replace the management. We can do this together. We need 15% of signatures.
