Been living here since 1 year, no issues at all. Haven't faced any insects or cockroaches. Keep your apartment clean before complaining about the management. The trash bin areas are also clean all the time. The management is doing good job and must be appreciated. Security guards are always available and helpful.
The broker and the landlord treated me very badly. Whenever I asked about the apartment and the handover, they replied that they hadn't decided yet, only asking about the money. When I went to see the apartment, there were many cockroach traps and a lot of cockroach insecticide, and I was shocked by the amount of droppings. When I asked if there were cockroaches, the answer was, "Absolutely not."
The management at Green Diamond One is completely negligent and unprofessional. Parking violations have been happening for a very long time, even before the renovation works, yet management continues to use renovation as an excuse. Cars park wherever they want, tenants ignore security when asked to move, and nothing is done about it. Patrolling is useless, fines are never shown, and there is no proof that any action is taken against repeat offenders. The management here is the worst I’ve ever experienced. Almost every day, I come back home to find someone has parked in my assigned parking space. When I inform the security, they simply complain about the management as well. Even when I called the police, they confirmed that it is the responsibility of the management to handle this issue. I have sent multiple emails, but every time I only receive the same repetitive replies with no real action taken. Overall, it has been a very frustrating and disappointing experience.

Managers always available to talk and discuss. Amazing Building is well taken care 💯
Good ,whenever we have issues are all solved and taken care. Good management and building.
Have been a tenant here for nearly two years and one of the best parts of the building is the security guards and maintenance!!! Afan is amazing guy !!!
Horrible management and building. Building smell is horrible. And the management deal with tenants like prisoners. They don’t pick the calls whatsoever no matter how much you try. Apartment are old and small and security of the building are so rude. It’s been only 3 days in this place and I can’t wait to leave.
