Man listen… we went on tour with Ivorie. She knows her stuff. Very knowledgeable and she gave us a thorough answer to our questions. We love that it’s a gated community. We plan on filling out an application after the holidays. Cause these kids and the wife in my pockets this year. But on another note. We had a good tour.
Really enjoyed my tour with this community. The professionalism of the office staff is TOP TIER! Really beautiful location. Going through the application process ASAP

I had a recent tour and I must say I was amazed. Not only is the property a great atmosphere, but Ivorie was extremely welcoming, down to earth, and informative about all the questions I had. I’ll be submitting my application soon.

I had a wonderful experience touring Kinwood Union City! This brand-new apartment community is absolutely beautiful—modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed with stunning finishes and spacious layouts. I recently toured this apartment community while looking for a new place to live, and I was very impressed. The property itself is clean, well-maintained, and in a convenient location. I live here and absolutely enjoy it! I was looking for a gated community and a spacious open floor. I moved in within a few days after applying. It was a smooth transition thanks to Ivorie and Chansity.
Terrible.. Pay a lot of money 2200 / Mo.. Just for the Breezeways to be FILTHY, Cant opt out of trash valet even though they pick and choose when they want to pickup the trash.. Ive made complaints which have been ignored previous of times. Gate is always broken, there is not sense of security whatsoever. Lots of Noise , Shootings , Lots of Money w ZERO view, No balcony NOTHING + More, Not to mention Ventilation Sucks .. Its like this place collects DUST everywhere- In which I am very Cleanly for the most part ... Cannot wait to leave- Dont waste your time or money here .
