We have lived here for less than one year and the management has been changed 3 times. We cannot wait for our lease to end to be able to leave this place. We pay almost 5k for this: -Management ignores you, it is frustrating to get anything solved by them - From first week we got our packages stolen and lost hundreds, later our motorcycle got stolen, they could not retrieve anything as the cameras do not work. Our car has scratches as somebody tried to get in. There is 0 security in this place and any criminal can just walk right into the building (doors are often broken and just stay open)…
I'm incredibly stoked on this place, it's like living at a resort with all the amenities. Plus, a safe and clean neighborhood for my daughter and I. Love the walkable park, restaurant, barber, etc. My leasing agent Kaii was excellent in showing me around and helping with all of my questions on paperwork. I can't remember the name of the girl in resident services, but she was awesome too in helping me get on the list for storage and etc. Must give Averi a shout too for the fob situation, thank you! Pool is dope, gym is sick, love the hidden pickleball court, and there are just countless places…
My husband and I lived at Vive Luxe for a year and a half, and the experience was very good from our first visit, when Claudia showed us the building and apartments, until the day we left. We had more contact with Claudia, and she was always willing to help us, and to be honest, I don't recall any issue or request that she didn't resolve. We loved living there, and since customer service is very important to us, it made the experience even better.
Date of Move-In: October 2025 Unit Type: Loft (3k+ rent) My partner and I moved in on October 11th, relocating from the Bay Area, and the experience has been severely disappointing. This property presents itself as a luxury building with premium amenities, but the execution, management, and basic upkeep do not align with the high rental price $3,000+. We’ve been living at Vive Luxe for almost three years now, and I just want to start by showing some appreciation for all the updates management has made! They’ve replaced the hallway carpets with beautiful vinyl floors, upgraded all the pool furniture, and added a brand-new outdoor gym (plus new equipment in the indoor one!). It’s great to see how much they invest in improvements and truly listen to what residents ask for. But what really makes Vive Luxe special are the events and classes. Great Place to Call Home! Living at Vive Luxe has been a great experience from day one. The community is clean, modern, and well-maintained, and you can tell the management really cares about the property and its residents. The amenities are top-notch.The staff is friendly, responsive, and always willing to help, which makes a big difference. Any maintenance requests I’ve had were handled quickly and professionally. I also really appreciate how safe and quiet it feels here, which isn’t always easy to find.
Don't bother living here. - Every single motorcycle that is parked in the garage is either vandalized or eventually stolen. Property management refuses to take any real action. - there is zero security in the parking garage and the door is mostly just open. Camera's don't seem te be working. - After my motorcycle was stolen they asked me 1.5 months later what the timeframe was to then just ignore me again. - Took the property management 6 months to fix our hot water. I've had a wonderful experience living at this apartment community, from the moment I moved in. Astrid was incredibly friendly, professional, and responsive. She went above and beyond to make residents feel welcome and valued. The property itself is absolutely beautiful, well maintained landscaping, clean common areas, and modern amenities that make daily living both comfortable and enjoyable. Absolutely love our new home and so proud to be part of the community. 10/10
