Today i went to order the honey jasmine milk tea and the staff was so insistent that there is nothing like that on the menu when its there on the online menu + ive also ordered the same thing multiple times at the same location.
Very disappointing how I was treated, I was born with a cleft palate and scar on my upper lip and my nose is slightly left. The two Cotti staff were quietly giggling about me as I turned to look around, and once got my coffee and walked out the door I can hear them laughing out loud. Obviously they were laughing about me and my looks, yeah I'm an ugly guy but that's beyond my control. I am RARELY treated so bad and made fun of...Such a DISGUSTING way to treat a customer just because they look different, absolutely no compassion at all 😐 I will NEVER enter this particular Cotti coffee shop…
Very new, order via the app is the easiest and least dispute way of getting your drink, coupons in the app instead of the paper ones at other cafes that go missing, just at the station, very clear menu and clear prices
I love love LOVE cotti coffee so much. This branch is my top not only because of its closeness to my uni, but also the space inside. It can be many people but I always have somewhere to sit, and the service is always great and friendly. I highly recommend the coconut matcha latte, mango coconut latte, and the stardust crema. The coconut matcha especially, it is so rich in flavour too and u can taste both flavours well and together it’s amazing. The prices are also so good, affordable as well. A Coffee Shop… or a Questionable Bakery?🤢🤮 What in the world is this place? A coffee shop that suddenly moonlights as a sketchy steamed bun stall? I came for a latte and left with food poisoning—congrats on the unique business model! The buns tasted like regret and smelled like they’d been sitting out since last week. REDFERN COTTI COFFEE IS ELITE and here is my reasoning: - the space: SOOO spacious, love the natural lighting and seating along the window— great for people watching and studying+they have a food area selling buns and ramen too for a quick lunch there! - I think cotti is a hit or miss DEPENDING ON WHAT YOU ORDER!! - I would HIGHLY recommend the Pampus Blue Coconut latte or else the Pampus Blue Jasmine Coconut Latte! Honestly I am always a big fan of Cotti, but today’s matcha coconut wasn’t that good. The texture tastes completely different as usual. Matcha coconut has been my all time fav but this one just disappointed me so much. And idk what’s the floating thingy on the top of the drink. Probably will not come back to this store…
