  • I’ve stayed at both San Artes & San Bellara and both have been the best management I’ve ever had for any apartment. Monte H at the front desk is always incredibly responsive for anything I need, he can always help with anything!
  • We don't have anything negative to say about San Bellara. We have been here 6 months now and everything has been great. Everything is very clean and well maintained with a nice pool area gym and community room. We have just recently met some of our very nice neighbors and look forward to meeting more. Bart the security guard does an exceptional job We always try to say hi when he makes his rounds. I would highly recommend San Bellara.
  • San Bellara in Scottsdale is an exceptional apartment community. The amenities are top tier with a great variety of upgraded floor plans featuring modern appliances, granite countertops, and oversized bedrooms. The pool area is excellent and the gym and clubhouse are well maintained and equipped with everything you need, including a coffee machine, which adds to the overall experience. The San Bellara team is fantastic to work with and always helpful and professional. I highly recommend checking this place out if you are looking for a quality apartment in Scottsdale.
  • Warning About at San Bellara apartment If you're considering renting at San Bellara, please be cautious about renting. We recently moved out after discovering black mold in the unit. This is a serious health concern, and despite raising the issue, it wasn't handled in a satisfactory way. I'm posting this to warn others, especially since I believe previous reviews mentioning similar issues may have been removed. I hope this helps someone make a more informed decision.

  • Maya always gave the most thorough and attentive responses with every detailed question I had. The San Bellara is a great property on its own, with the highest attention to detail. But it only runs as well as it does because they have Maya behind the scenes. Top grade property, amenities and staff. Don’t over look it. As long as you like exemplary quality at a price that is more than fair. Ask for Maya or Monte and take your living to the next level. Thumbs up all around. I wanted to add to my review as my application process was completed and Carol (and Daniel) who over looked my approval…
  • Waste of money San Bellara may look luxurious, but living here has been a nightmare. Mold in the AC filter was painted over instead of fixed. Non-residents use the pool (including a disturbing incident involving feces), and management did nothing. Lauren, the manager, is extremely rude and unprofessional. Paper-thin walls make privacy impossible. I’m filing a complaint with the Arizona Department of Housing. This place is a health risk with the worst management team I’ve seen.
  • San Bellara is a beautiful complex. The pool is great and includes a large covered eating area with televisions. The outdoor areas are clean and provide grills and beautiful landscaping. The apartment is spacious with updated appliances, nice flooring, and granite countertops.
  • My spouse and I have lived in San Bellara for a year and a half now. The grounds and amenities are well maintained and the community is quiet. The apartments are very nice and regularly maintained. The staff is incredibly quick and helpful. John has been fantastic and has solved a few minor issues, always within the same day of submitting a request. John is incredibly helpful, friendly, and great with our dog when having to come inside.
