We managed to get a seat during rush hour at Kaffeine. We ordered lunch and 2 americano. However one of the americano arrived lukewarm and the taste turned sour. We told the staff and they refused to make us a new one. Americano should be made to order and the temperature should be hot. Kaffeine disappointed us with not only the coffee but the service, the food was very nice though.

Rude staff. We came in for drinks only and the staff clearly didn't want us to stay, even though it wasn't closing time and many customers still inside. The waiter seemed gloomy so I asked clearly 'Do you want us to just leave?' The way they reacted made it clear that we weren't welcome but said it was our choice. Is this customer service now? I don't need to spend money in this type of place. Good luck to their business.

Had a breakfast coupon from the hotel and walked over to Kaffeine which is one of the 4 cafes. Coffee is a nutty flat white, so tasty. Big breakfast is executed just right. Big mushroom, piping hot hash brown, toast with spread, scrambled egg, balsamic vinegar on greens. Bacon looks healthy!

Kaffeine quickly became my favorite breakfast option from The Putman. The café is bright, welcoming, and has a nice smell of fresh coffee. The cappuccino was creamy and well-balanced, and the croissant was warm and flaky. Staff are cheerful and fast, even when the place is busy. It feels like a mix of locals and travelers, which I liked. A very good spot to start the morning in Central. 朝ごはんにピッタリ！

One of my favourite cafes in the area! Super chill atmosphere, good food and excellent drinks. Not over priced and has fantastic service. It is also pet friendly and is super nice. It definitely gets a bit crowded during weekends but the quality still remains great. Definitely worth a try!!!

This is a good cafe. The food is tasty and the drinks are great. The atmosphere is fun and it’s reasonably priced. However, the food comes so far apart that one of us had finished eating before the other had even got their meal in front of them. I understand it’s a small establishment, but other couples had the same problem. If the timings were slightly better than I’d give it a 4 star! The staff were friendly and there was no wait to pay!

Super yummy Hokkaido soufflé cheese cake and pineapple cake, great texture and low sugar, going well with our coffee. A friendly cafe with attentive staff. Great value after all.

Visit this coffee shop in an early Saturday morning. Very cosy and spacey place - in wooden style decoration, an open area of seating plan where your back is literally the Main Street. Food is great as well - having advocao toast and muffin as brunch. Very delicious. In particular, the muffin is crispy outside while super soft inside. Serving with blueberry jam and scream. What a great taste. Lastly, the waitress service quality is just the same level as the muffin - excellent. It’s a place that you can have a quiet and chill weekend morning.
