This is by far the newest and cleanest apartment in cypress waters. The management team went above and beyond throughout the process. Usually in Irving/cypress it is hard to find an apartment that has the standards offered by luxury apartment in uptown Dallas due to the lack of competition, especially when it comes to the amenities inside the unit and the leasing office. But if you are looking for one this is it. I just moved in on 1 February, when I came to do my tour in December I absolutely fell in love with the quiet, cozy and friendly neighborhood, when I did move in management/ agents has been very helpful answered all my questions, Even when I had packages that delivered prior to me moving in management ensure that they were placed inside my apartment, Great amenities everything is walkable a very inclusive neighborhood… Definitely would recommend. Even my neighbors are awesome!!
I had an outstanding experience touring August Hills with Andrew Frey he was professional, knowledgeable, and made finding the perfect unit effortless. The rest of the team was equally amazing, friendly, and genuinely dedicated to making my visit exceptional. The units are gorgeous, but it was the team’s warmth, professionalism, and attention that truly made my experience memorable. I’m so grateful to encounter a group that clearly cares about their residents.
I’ve posted reviews before that were both good and not so good, so it’s only fair that I share a great review this time. I recently encountered an issue that was very important. I won’t specify what it is to avoid causing too much confusion. Fast forward… Alfonso received my service request, and when I tell you he went above and beyond our expectations! He was thoughtful with his words, transparent, and genuinely apologetic. I’ve said it once, and I’ll say it again: we pay premium prices to live in this community, so I expect premium service. Beautiful community and nice apartment complex. The floor plans looks great with ample space and good amenities. I would like to highlight the dedication, hard work and commitment show by Justin Wells during my hunt for good apartment in Irving and Coppell area. Justin is very professional and goes an extra mile to help explore the options available and during the move in process. He takes time to show the property and it's amenities patiently. He is very humble and helps you through the entire process. Appreciate all his efforts and support. It was great to meet him!
August Hills has by far been the best move for me! From the moment of walking in the office being greeted by Justin, who did an exceptional job with his tour of the property. He was very welcoming, knowledgeable, professional and had great energy throughout the process. I fell in love with my townhome and applied the same day. The move in process was smooth and easy. After moving in, I met more of the amazing team and everyone has been a pure delight! Mike V. is a life saver!!!! My car was broken down just a street over from my building at August Hills, and Mike V noticed me struggling and went out of his way to fix everything. He had tools and stopped what he was doing to fix my issue in the middle of the afternoon when it was extra hot out. I was able to then safely drive my car back to my apartment. I am forever thankful for his kindness and I am very happy with August Hills and how they take care of their residents. Thank you Mike!!!
Be sure to inspect your apartment unit throughly before signing any lease and go a week in advance to inspect for leaks or any other anomalies in the build. On my move in date my unit had a leak and a slew of other problems. I lost time in pto, time occupying the apartment, and having to chase after the team to deal with work orders and get the unit up to code. I still haven’t been able to move all my large items because I scheduled my move in for Labor Day, specifically because of the 3 day weekend, however the staff were slow to address the problems and give me a 100% indication that there…
