This has been by far the worst rental experience I have ever had. After completing a two-year tenancy, I returned the property in excellent condition. However, the company withheld my €900 deposit, claiming that the apartment required repainting. This was never stated by the technician who inspected the property. The only issue noted was that I had installed three small nails to hang three picture frames, which is normal wear and tear after a two-year tenancy. In addition, I was charged for sofa cleaning, despite the fact that the marks could have been removed easily with standard cleaning…
Very good appartments, in good location. Modern, all amenities included for our house, plus the quality of the house!
[Edited for clarity] A few years ago, we contacted a real estate agent who was representing a property listed by this company. We were informed that the apartment was available for us, pending a tax clearance issue. They kept me informed at every step and didn’t disappear after the sale — which, as anyone who's bought property abroad knows, is rare. They made the whole…

Complete circus!!! They are completely and utterly disorganised!! Only 2-3 staff of theirs are somewhat helpful. Really disappointing outcome.
I'm at Zafido's apartment in Glyfada area since early of 2022, to be honest I couldn't get best deal than this one. A brand new apartment with garage and amazing view, clean and beautiful aesthetics. Definetly worth the time to check their projects.
Best construction company in Athens
