Love everything about this place!! 😍 One NoDa is such a cozy, welcoming community that truly feels like home and they host so many fun resident events. The units are spacious, the amenities are amazing, and the rooftop terrace is definitely a vibe. The location is unbeatable right next to one of the best bakeries in CLT, with Sprouts downstairs (no need to even step outside 😌). Public transportation is super close, and there’s even a brand-new nail salon opening downstairs , you literally never have to leave! 😂✨ 10/10 experience all around. Beautiful brand-new community in an amazing location in NoDa. Sprouts nearby is super handy, and having Amélie’s Bakery so close is a big plus. Meagan, Dominikue, Savanna, and the rest of the team were friendly, professional, and created such a welcoming experience. Highly recommend!
This apartment complex is beautiful! So welcoming and cozy. Meagan was so kind and helpful during my tour. She’s truly a joy to be around! This apartment is in a great area, super close to the entertainment of NoDa but a little distance that brings you peace and quiet. Can’t say enough good things about it!
Luxury Living in the Heart of the Action We absolutely love it here! Savannah and Megan at One NoDa Park truly nailed the move-in process—they made everything seamless and stress-free from start to finish. The building is impeccably maintained, and the amenities are top-notch. The best part? The "downstairs neighbors." Having Sprouts, Amélie’s French Bakery, Bank of America, and Atrium Health literally at your doorstep is peak convenience. Plus, being right next to the light rail means Uptown and Optimist Hall are just minutes away. Best decision we made!

DO NOT RENT HERE!!! The building has been in construction the entire time I have lived over the past year. They try to sell that it’s “luxury” but if you look closely it’s built SO badly. The literal walls on the first floor apartments are WARPED (ask to tour the lofts and you’ll see what i mean) , the light in my bathroom ceiling fell TWICE into my shower , the kitchen cabinets were not engineered correctly so the handles ding each other when they open. The coffee machine in the lobby is either NEVER STOCKED or out of service. Not to mention they never stock the fridge with anything and all…
I recently relocated to Charlotte and I’m happy to call OneNoda Park my new home. Megan was amazing throughout my move-in process and honestly she was a major selling point in choosing this property. There are several luxury apartments in this area, but the people and community makes the biggest difference for me. During the tour I noticed Megan referring to each tenant that we passed by name. The dragon has been slayed! We had a bit of a rough start once we moved in and found out there was an illegal 2am to 6am night club operating on weekends across the street from our apartment. I'm happy to say that for the last month and counting it has been closed and non-operational. We can't thank the staff enough for leading the charge on helping with this issue. I understand they had to get the city involved in multiple ways. Everything else about the building is great and very clean. One NoDa Park is a stunning, modern community. I love that the units don't have carpet and how they are above a Grocery Store as well as a nail salon. It's awesome that they have a covered secured garage and all of the glowing amenities (pool, gym, working spaces, complimentary coffee, and a lounge that has a great rooftop view). Another huge perk is being walking distance to a light rail stop. I toured with Meagan and she was wonderful. She was kind, patient, and very knowledgeable about the property.
