Cool Location, the drinks were good but the sound was a little off

They kicked us out after we paid entry on RaGuide because one of the workers was framing us. We all entered together but two of us where not allowed to continue to the hall. They don’t have any respect and are passive aggressive, not schooled in empathy and communication. The two people that couldn’t enter even wanted to pay 10 euros more to get inside but lady that was attending us was exaggerating with her assumptions of us (telling us that we entered without showing our tickets )so that they could kick us out. I have never experienced so much gaslighting while trying to enter in a club…

We came to this bar specifically for a concert, knowing the start time and fully prepared to pay for entry. The program itself seemed interesting, which was the main reason for our visit. Unfortunately, the experience was spoiled by extremely rude behavior from the staff, starting already at the entrance and in the cloakroom. Part of our group decided not to stay at all, and those who did enter left before the concert ended. Overall, the attitude of the staff completely overshadowed the event and left a very negative impression of the venue. I would not recommend this bar to people for whom…

truly disappointing and homophobic experience On the night of Saturday, 05/10/2025, we went to La Paloma around 00:30. Upon arrival, we witnessed the guys at the door being ironic and disrespectful to a girl waiting outside — which already felt uncomfortable and unprofessional. Once inside, the atmosphere was tense. The security staff were arguing among themselves, which we immediately noticed and commented that the whole energy of the place felt strange and unwelcoming. I had a great time at this place. It is huge and the interior decoration is simply astonishing. The music was fantastic, and the atmosphere was lively and energetic. The dance floor was spacious, and there was plenty of room to move around. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the drinks were reasonably priced. Highly recommended for corporate events.
