Terrible experience with Deivis at the reception. He does not speak English at all and made a simple stay extension extremely difficult. Even after showing him clear availability on the hotel’s official website, he insisted I check out and check in again. Communication was only possible through Google Translate completely unacceptable for a hotel receptionist and shows a serious lack of competence. On the other hand, the female reception staff were excellent, especially Yasmine. She is amazing, fluent in French, English, and other languages, and resolves any issue smoothly within one minute.…
Our family stayed there for 3 months, and I can strongly recommend it, especially for any newcomers to Spain like us. The building has many high-quality amenities, including a swimming pool, a gym, and a social area with a large balcony on the top floor. The price/quality is excellent, and the staff is very helpful.
We stayed here for several weeks, and overall, we had a comfortable experience. The apartment was very clean, modern, and well-equipped it had everything you would expect from both a home and a good hotel. All the amenities and furniture were spotless and in great condition. The reception staff could have been a bit friendlier, and some of them struggled with English, especially during the night shifts. Housekeeping came every three days, and they did a good, thorough job each time. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay and appreciated the cleanliness and comfort.

Yasmine and dino are topp persons they helped me when i needed help the most so nice and helpfull at the reception. And the place is lovely and good to make friends and to socialise
This place was what we wanted affordable for travel but expensive for long term stay. They have all the basic necessities and wash and drying available with additional price. English and Spanish speaking at front desk. 7/10
Excellent stay, the staff was very helpful. There was a lot of work being done to the building, but other than that, very good place to stay. Natalia deserves 5 stars, as she helped us many times at the front desk with a variety of things!
I stayed here for two weeks and found the apartment well-equipped with everything I needed. The facilities within the complex were excellent and added to the overall comfort of the stay. However, I believe the front desk staff could benefit from some hospitality training, as their service could be more polite and efficient. Also, the location isn’t ideal without a car, so I would recommend renting one to get around more easily.
