  • My husband and I lived here for approx 2 years and loved our time here! Extremely responsive maintenance staff, with most of our issues getting resolved within an hour. We've never had any packages lost or stolen. Also really enjoyed the weekly yoga class and building events. Only minor complaint is that we lived in a convertible unit with an integrated microwave & small kitchen fan. The fan and was not very effective so the whole place smelled after making food.
  • I’ve lived in this building since it opened and absolutely love it! Amenities: This building by far has the best amenities you’ll find in a west loop apartment building. The gym is also top notch and they often have classes that take place in the studio. Don’t believe me? Come check it out yourself! Location: You are a quick couple minutes away from a Mariano’s, Whole Foods, Walgreens and Ulta - extremely convenient. Also, a couple blocks away from restaurant row and Fulton market! Leasing office: I have nothing but great things to say about this team. Liridona and Kendall are always…
  • I have been living in 727 for a few months now and I absolutely love it! The people that work in the building are so kind and actually care about the residents - the management really makes sure the property stays in the best condition possible which I definitely appreciate. You can tell everyone cares! All around fantastic space and I feel so comfortable here.
  • I’ve had a great experience living in this building. The property is well-maintained, clean, and feels very safe. The management team is professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about the residents. Any requests or concerns are handled quickly and efficiently. The amenities are a big plus—always clean, modern, and easy to access. Common areas are well kept, and the overall atmosphere in the building is calm and welcoming. Maintenance staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and always on top of their work. Overall, this is a high-quality building with excellent management and great amenities. I…

  • Great apartment and great view from the apartment. Also, very good management team! Responds quickly to concerns and very efficient at resolving them, if any. Additionally, very good maintenance team. I rarely use them. However, when I need them, they react quickly and address situations efficiently! Overall, it's good experience!
  • This building has phenomenal amenities, amazing views, and most importantly a caring and respectful staff. The gym here is top notch and it’s refreshing to have a staff that is quick to act, caring, and genuinely cares for tenants and their well-being. The building feels very secure and the tenants are all friendly. Lastly, the elevators are fast. It makes a big difference in a 45 story building and saves loads of time compared to the normal pulley elevator mechanism great place for those looking for more than just a unit to live in, but rather a sense of community and respectfulness amongst…
  • Units are aesthetically pleasing and surprisingly spacious. Amenities are next level & the skydeck is one of the coolest event spaces I’ve been able to use. The leasing staff is pleasant to work with, timely and professional. Kendall responds to most emails in less than 12 seconds. This building could not be placed in a more convenient location.
  • Living Art is a Chicago based plant company. We just partnered with 727 W. Madison hosting a plant pop up in their lobby. The results were out of this world. The staff, residents and pets were really friendly and treated us so nicely. Our main contact Donyel was outstanding. He was thoughtful, professional and paid attention to all the details required for a great event. Thanks 727 W. Madison and Ronyel for making our event so special!
