I want to warn you when buying a new construction with Hopewell. When the time comes you are going to be their quality assurance specialist. I have used half of painter tape roll to show all the deficiencies and even then some are not fixed. It's been a month after possession and I still have to push their warranty team to fix them all. This kills all the great moments of working with them at early stages and completely diminishes the customer experience.
Amazing homes, best overall value for a home for the area we wanted. Service was amazing from sales to customer experience. Diana was our customer experience specialist and was amazing to work with. I highly recommend Hopewell and their team for anyone looking to build a new home
Breann was very professional to work with very knowledgable with the interest within the industry, requirements, regulations and different house designs. Her support was was always available throughout the entire process no matter what our questions were. She always had an answer for us. We still stop in and have coffee to talk with Breann and discuss the house. Throughout the whole process we felt looked after and our best interest was being looked after, we did not feel we needed a Realtor as Breann looked after all of our needs for us. We purchased our first home with Hopewell after walking into the show home. As first-time home buyers, we had a ton of questions. Braden was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process and beyond. We were able to get a great layout (Rayn). Most duplexes have a small layout, but this home is more than generous in space and square footage. We are very happy with our first home. We definitely recommend Hopewell.

We recently built our home in Calgary with Hopewell Residential after moving from Ontario, and the entire process was absolutely incredible. From start to finish, Hopewell exceeded every expectation we had. I would urge anyone considering building with Hopewell, or buying a Hopewell-built home, to read this review to understand the risks of trusting their product with your family’s safety. We built our Hopewell home and took possession nearly seven years ago. Despite living here that long, we are still waiting for them to finish building it. We are extremely happy with the sales staff at Hopewell front drive garage. There was no pressure on us to make any quick decisions. Dejan and Terrance (sales staff) walked us through the features and after service of our quick possession home. The after service, friendly staff, quality and value of the home sold us. I have already recommended Hopewell Residential to our friends!
If you are looking to build, I will recommend Hopewell Residential anytime, anyday. I have enjoyed their services so much. They are always in communication with me, explaning in ddetails.
