Hello, NEW OR LOOKING TENETS PLEASE READ. I have lived here for over 7 months and something always seems to break. The elevators seem to consistently break and someone even got stuck in there recently. The main and most frustrating amenity that is constantly broken is the hot tub and pool. I specifically chose this place for its hot tub with a great view. It has been broken more than a dozen times. In the past 2 months it was not usable for over a month due to them not having the part they needed to fix it. Now it is not working again with the water being cold. We pay good money to have these…
After almost a year of living here and 3-4 different managers during that time, I want to warn potential new residents of what they're signing up for. We pay $3.1k for a 2 bed unit, and we did so because of the "luxury amenities." Here to inform you of what Aura Arts is actually like: -When I signed my lease, I was told that we had onsite, 24 hour security- it's actually an off-site service that we can call for emergencies. (The false information has been blamed on previous leadership, nothing to do about it now.) -The hot tub has been broken for 2-3 months, just reopened last week, and is…
Aura Arts district has been wonderful, especially with the 10-weeks free deal that I signed with last year. The access to I-25 and 6th Ave makes driving easy. I don't pay for parking and have no trouble finding parking on Lipan. Kiah and the maintenance staff have been great, although there have been some trouble with the elevators recently. Nice appliances and finishes throughout. The gym is very nice, especially the Pelaton bikes. The year-round pool and hot tub are incredible. The sky lounge is also great for hosting.
My time at Aura Arts has been a breath of fresh air. The management team is incredibly kind and helpful. I have had wonderful interactions with Kiah and the rest of the team. Moving from out of state was scary but she made the experience seamless and easy. We love the amenities and proximity to such great local businesses. Highly recommend to anyone looking to live somewhere where you are more than just another resident.

I really enjoy living at Aura Arts District! The building is new and beautiful, the amenities are stunning, and the maintenance staff takes maintenance orders very seriously. I had 3 maintenance orders completed within 30 minutes of submission! I love the neighborhood and access to the highway. I recommend a south facing apartment as during the day its quite peaceful and you still get a view of the mountains. The leasing office has always been friendly and helpful. I would recommend this building to anybody that likes the energy and access to the city and luxury amenities.
I had been waiting to leave a review, but unfortunately we’ve had too many issues in this building. It starts with the management’s inefficiency and the poor customer service — staff are often unhelpful and lack basic courtesy. The elevators are constantly breaking down, the hot tub is frequently out of service, and the amenities are poorly maintained despite being new. The dog area is always dirty, with waste left for days, and overall cleanliness in the building is very inconsistent. I absolutely love living at Aura Arts District! The complex is brand new and beautifully designed. One of the best things about my apartment is the incredible natural light—it floods my space all day long, which is perfect for me as a chef who loves creating food content. Despite being close to the highway, it’s surprisingly peaceful and quiet, offering a tranquil atmosphere to relax in. The amenities are top-notch! I have had nothing but good experiences at Aura Arts! 🤩 The panoramic views from the pool and gym are absolutely stunning, and it's surprisingly close to a lot of restaurants despite being tucked away from the main drag. I can’t wait to see the rest of the amenities in the second building! Maya and the rest of the team here are so kind and helpful; they really make you feel at home! 😄
