Since the start of our contract (2 years ago) the Ac has not been working properly. Even with all the prove in the world (pictures, technical visits) management still can’t get it fixed and don’t really seem to mind. We also informed them we have a baby and every time ac doesn’t work she can’t sleep, so we don’t sleep. Through out the heat waves we’ve been unable to use the ac for multiple consecutive weeks and, again, PAYING FULL RENT. They should be ashamed…. DONT MOVE IN HERE!
Staff very helpful and informative. Great amenities. Very professional.
I cannot speak highly enough of Daisy the building manager. She has managed our investment property for the last 2 years and has provided exceptional service, always responds promptly and is very friendly and welcoming.
If I buy an apartment in Brisbane I would buy here. Everything it’s modern and brand new. Great finishing with quality materials. Excellent location in the heart of the city. The building is high security, great space with rooftop pool, entertainment areas, BBQ, garage. Very quiet, no noise, nice people around good neighbours. Just a few minutes walking from the river and with all cafe, restaurants and shop at your doorsteps. What else do you need if you live here is an affordable apartment compare to a freestanding home. Moving into Trellis by Aria has been an absolutely fantastic experience! From the very beginning, everything was seamless and stress-free. A huge part of this is thanks to Daisy, the building manager, who has been nothing short of amazing. Daisy is incredibly kind, helpful, and patient. She went above and beyond to ensure the move-in process was smooth and that all my questions were answered. Her welcoming and professional demeanor immediately made me feel at home. The building itself is just stunning with incredible amenities and services available, with a warm and inviting atmosphere that…
This is absolutely a great building to live in. The location is just perfect, close to everything. The building manager is very professional and responsive. So far so good since we moved in.
A great place to live! ARIA have knocked it out of the park on this one from a resident's viewpoint, in terms of the design and build, facilities, and management team.
Having just moved into this beautiful brand new building, there were many things we needed to organize. Much of it required input from Daisy & co in the front office! Despite having demands to meet on many fronts, their prompt & detailed responses to our needs have enabled a smooth settling in! At no time did we feel our requests were an inconvenience! A big thankyou!!
