Wonderful property.
Dear Ms. Sonia Ouelhadj, We are very sorry to hear you had that experience at the property. Here at Sereno we strive on being a team of professionals at the front desk and management. We aim to deliver the very best service to the residents, owners and guests visiting. I hope we could have another opportunity to change the impression you had at the property. Hope you have a wonderful and blessing day. Sincerely, Mr. Rodriguez.
The lady at the front desk is very rude and unprofessional. Hidden carts from me because I’m black and made me go upstairs with ten packs of water bottles and twenty bags. Holding all of them just because she didn’t want me to use the carts. She didn’t say “Hi”, she did’nt say “Bye” and she spoke to me in spanish even I told her I do not speak spanish. This type of place suppose to have better services !
