Đăng ký ô tô chờ mấy trăm xe chưa đến lược, để ô tô kiểu vãng lai thì ngày có ngày không, tuỳ thái độ bảo vệ. Bảo vệ làm tiền, vòi tiền thẳng: “Chú cho xe con vô nhớ cho chú chút đỉnh uống cafe nha”. Lâu lâu không đưa thì không cho xe vô. Bảo vệ như cha như ông nội.

Bảo vệ Block A có thái độ rất lòi lõm, không hề nhiệt tình hướng dẫn chỉ ngồi bấm điện thoại rồi gằn giọng với cư dân
If you like loud music playing in front of your windows all day long or if you are a fan of karaoke which local people shout every evening then this is the right place for you. Add roosters and dogs to that. The management of this house will kindly play Christmas music for you in the whole building during 4 weeks before Christmas itself in the mornings and evenings for 2 hours, so, you can enjoy this too. The concept of peace and quiet is missing here.

Male security guards here, especially in block c are the worst. They are aggressive and rude towards people. Do not live here.

Friendly guards, nice people, lovely pets. However the park is small, because of the investor Hung Thinh was so mean, they didn't spend enough space for the people to entertain. Besides, Hung Thinh Group still hasn't give the owners "Certificate of land use rights". Hung Thinh Group is not good in this.
Great place to live although there are many things to improve (security, hygene, environment)
