I have not moved here yet but it’s on my list. This is just strictly on touring and meeting Jacob. But it was great seeing how nice these apartments are. Jacob also answered all my questions. Was an extreme help. Thank you!
I called LYV Broadway home from July 2023 until January 2026. Over that time period, I witnessed the shift from Willowbridge Property Management to RPM Living. I went from having positive rapport with both leasing agents (Marques and Holly) in the office to never knowing any of the rotating cast from RPM. Emails with requests were not returned or were returned much later, rarely signed off on. Requests to manage broken community rules and lease violations by others were met with a blast email to all, instead of direct action. Once RPM took over I ran into several issues. I once had…
The apartments are fine though a bit overpriced for being in downtown Carrollton. Amenities are good but pool is small. I moved out after a year of living here and during that year I had multiple things taken without notice aka STOLEN by the apartment complex. My ring camera that I had installed on my back door was taken by a maintenance worker one day while I was at work. I know for sure because it sent a video clip to my phone before going offline. It came online again randomly which I thought was strange because it is only online when close to me. I pull up the feed to the camera and it…
I have lived here since 2021 and I feel like since RPM took over and specifically the last few months things have done a full 360. The office staff and maintenance guys truly take pride in their work and the complex while making sure you truly feel at home. Everyone working here treats you as family and not another paycheck monthly. Anytime someone tells me their looking for a new home I always recommend LYV, thanks for all you do for your residents.

This review is to INFORM current and future residents, as well as anyone doing business with this property. My experience with this community and its management has been extremely concerning. Our company—and multiple other contractors and third-party service providers—have been dealing with unresolved, outstanding invoices for completed work. Despite repeated attempts to address the issue professionally, the property has not paid what is owed. This raises serious questions about how financial obligations are being handled. I had such a wonderful experience with Kylie and Zach at LYV Broadway Apartments! They were incredibly warm, friendly, and professional. They took the time to listen me and provided thoughtful answers. Their genuine kindness truly made my day. I highly recommend LYV Broadway Apartments—this is a place you can truly call your “sweet home”! 💯👏🏻⭐️😍
Lived here 2yrs went down hill with change management and 2nd year you’ll realize how cheap fixtures are made around apartment. Take notice of specials to solicit new renters while raising rent while amenities you pay for typically broke throughout year. On weekends girl front desk will literally watch delivery people lost and not help or provide directions. Upon move out you will get invoice and no way to pay. They can’t be bothered with you once you move out I had email 3x and was provided website to contact pure jokes
Absolute love this place.! I just moved from Miami, and Ever since I came in for a tour Koe (LM) was so informative about the entire apartment and answered all my questions! She was so nice, this place stood out of all the places I had toured and seen, because of her to me. I really appreciate her kindness, willingness to help, and quick response. Today was move in day and it was a breeze, Koe was ready and waiting for me with all the information I needed and answered all my questions, truly a great experience overall… we had a small delay due to maintenance cleaning the apartment but they…
