Nightmare place to live in and deal with. Worst people ever.
Me acusaron FALSAMENTE de hacer una mudanza. Por trasladar del piso 6 al piso 8 unos objetos pesados de mi antiguo apartamento al nuevo. A pesar de haber notificado que usaría el ascensor. No hubo comunicación entre la recepción y la gerencia. Antes de preguntarme la situación decidieron hacer una acusación falsa de una MUDANZA que no era real. La asociación se tarda en hacer la aprobación a pesar de que tengo un año viviendo en el mismo edificio. Me tocó pagar de nuevo la aplicación y esperar, de hecho tuve que irme del edificio a otra casa. Llevarme el colchón y los muebles por la falta de…
Please refrain from buying or renting at this property. Management is a nightmare to say the least, I have been here for the past three years, and they have gotten from bad to worse. My vehicle was vandalized, and they never acknowledged being at fault, they give you a violation notice every other week, for leaving a broom at sight, for not making the boxes flat enough at the dumpster, for whatever they feel like it. Save yourselves the headache!!!
They have to have 24 hr front desk like everywhere else every time I have a package delivered and Iam not home I can’t have it at my front door worst service everrrr🤮

Not good service
I second the other one star rating. The building still hasn’t completed amenities and seems unlikely they will even be built at all. The front desk woman is easily agitated and barely speaks English. You can rent or buy at same price elsewhere in Doral with amenities and competent front desk receptionist.
I called to get information on this property. The lady that answers the phone answers like if it was her house, does not know any english, and then gets frustrated and hangs up on you. Stay away from this place !
