Giving 2 stars because the apartments, community and maintenance is good. But the front desk is horrible specifically the Ethan guy. Someone parked on my designated spot one day so i had to park somewhere else that might, next day when i call front desk ethan says your parking spot is changed I mean why did they change my spot without informing me? Sorry but he doesn't have a courtesy to of how a person should behave at front desk
My boyfriend and I booked a tour here and received a confirmation email but when we arrived we were told by the leasing agent that they could not “accommodate us for tour.” We traveled 2 hours to get here and were shocked and disappointed that they would treat potential tenants this way. Hopefully someone will fix the website to ensure that this does not happen in the future.
This was one of the worst apartment touring experiences I’ve had. I visited the apartment with my husband, and the staff was extremely unwelcoming and rude. When I asked standing there if we could tour little earlier, they weren’t even willing to offer alternative options or try to accommodate us, yet were sitting idle at the desk. They also don’t answer phone calls, even when there are many people trying to reach them. I don’t understand the issue with simply answering calls. Ethan’s demeanor and body language were visibly negative, which made the interaction feel uncomfortable and…
haven’t lived here very long but so far i’ve had pretty good experiences! The leasing specialist giving our tour, Ethan, was knowledgeable and friendly and so was Ava who answered many of our leasing questions over the phone. Building community is quiet and well maintained. Special shout out to Kat on the maintenance team who responded promptly to my first work order and was very friendly and professional over the phone! If you are planning to rent at this community, I highly recommend a little step ladder as the cabinets can be quite tall. We live facing the trash pick up area and have…

Mostly good, but one major issue you should know I’ve had a generally positive experience living here, the apartment itself is nice, the community is well-kept, and overall it’s a comfortable place to live. However, there is one major issue that future residents (especially anyone considering the 7th floor in Phase 1) should be aware of. One of the Phase 1 buildings has 7 floors but only one elevator, and the apartment management allows residents to reserve that elevator for move-ins and move-outs. When the elevator is reserved, no one else in the building can use it. This means that for…
Walls are paper thin. My neighbor's voice reverbs through my room ANY time he talks. Same with sounds from non neighboring rooms. There used to be a unit that had two babies who'd scream ALL day. I was down the hall and could hear them like they were right outside my room. Other than that, the apartment is nice, not much else to complain about.
My husband and I are the Apartment Life coordinators for Main Street Flats and we absolutely adore this community. The office staff are some of the nicest and most helpful staff I've ever worked with. We host 2 events a month and the community truly does feel like family when we gather. The apartment units themselves are in excellent condition with great appliances, A/C in the phase 2 building, and the interior design for the unit is very nice. The amenities are always very well kept and make living here so relaxing and enjoyable. We love being a part of the Main Street Flats community!
About 4 months ago, we had a tour at Main Street Flat. It was a pleasant experience. The leasing manager , Joe , who was extremely friendly, patient, and helpful, made a great impression to us. He explained everything we were asking, and kept us updated all the time during the past 4 months of our apartment hunting. We were lucky that when we signed the lease in June, they just finished the phase 2 building with all the great upgrade, including the Intelligent AC/heating unit, the wonderful spacious kitchen with almost excessively available cabinet, and the unique textured wood floor. 2 weeks…
